Im Winter holen viele Besitzer einer Tuono V4 1100 RR die Arbeiten nach, für die in der Saison keine Zeit blieb. Das Motorrad steht in der Garage, die Batterie hängt am Ladegerät, und Kleinteile werden ersetzt. Accossatos klappbarer Bremshebel LV012 für die Tuono V4 1100 RR von 2017 bis 2019 ist eine typische Winterarbeit. Er wird am originalen Bremszylinder montiert, die Griffweite lässt sich einstellen, und das farbige Blatt hängt gelenkig an einer schwarzen Basis, sodass es wegklappen kann, wenn das Motorrad umfällt.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Für die Tuono V4 1100 RR fertigt Accossato den LV012 in zwei Teilen, beide auf CNC-Maschinen aus Aluminium gefräst: eine Basis, die Drehpunkt und Griffweiteneinsteller trägt, und ein Hebelblatt, das über ein Gelenk mit ihr verbunden ist. Beide werden eloxiert, die Basis schwarz und das Blatt in einer von sieben Farben. Die Eloxaloberfläche ist eine aus dem Aluminium gebildete Oberflächenschicht, es gibt also keinen Lack, der später ausgebessert werden müsste. Aggressive Felgenreiniger hält man besser von ihr fern; ein milder Reiniger und ein weiches Tuch genügen. Das Blatt lässt sich mit der RST-Erleichterungsaussparung oder als geschlossenes NRST-Blatt bestellen.
Winterarbeiten an der Tuono
Eine Winterprüfung der Bedienelemente kostet wenig Zeit und lohnt sich. Ist der LV012 montiert, sehen Sie sich das Gelenk zwischen Basis und Blatt an: Es sollte sich frei bewegen, wenn Sie das Blatt von Hand wegklappen, und das Blatt sollte fest sitzen, sobald es wieder in seiner Arbeitsposition ist. Prüfen Sie, ob das Blatt mit der Basis fluchtet und ob sich der Griffweiteneinsteller über seinen ganzen Bereich bewegen lässt. Ist das Motorrad in der Saison umgefallen, untersuchen Sie Blatt und Basis auf Risse oder tiefe Spuren, auch wenn der Hebel wie vorgesehen weggeklappt ist; ein Teil, das einen Schlag abbekommen hat, verdient vor dem Frühjahr einen genauen Blick. Der Winter ist auch die Zeit, sich für eine Farbe zu entscheiden. Ein Blatt in einem kräftigen Ton ist auf Fotos vom Trackday leicht zu erkennen, während Schwarz das Cockpit der Tuono V4 1100 RR dezent hält. Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den LV012 für die Tuono V4 1100 RR von 2017 bis 2019, die Euro-4-Motorräder von 2019 eingeschlossen. Für dieselben Jahre gibt es außerdem den RA001 mit seinem 90-Grad-Fernversteller, der den LV012 ersetzen und nicht ergänzen würde. Starre Alternativen von Accossato sind der Bremshebel EDF099 und der Kupplungshebel ESV04A, beide für die RR von 2017 bis 2021 gelistet.

Wie beim Rest dieser Reihe ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert; der LV012 wird für den Rennstreckeneinsatz verkauft.
