Die TRK 502 ist der Adventure-Tourer von Benelli: ein Reihenzweizylinder, ein großer Tank, eine hohe Scheibe und eine Sitzposition für lange Tage. Viele Besitzer nutzen sie genau für das, was ihr Aussehen verspricht, für Touren über Bergstraßen, auf denen sich der Belag innerhalb einer einzigen Kurve ändern kann. Der Accossato EDF016 ist ein CNC-gefräster Aluminium-Bremshebel für den originalen Bremszylinder der TRK 502 mit einstellbarem Abstand zum Griff. Accossato führt ihn für die Modelljahre 2017 und 2018.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
An einem Adventure-Bike lebt ein Bremshebel zwischen dunklen Bauteilen: Schaltergehäusen, dem Bremszylinder, oft auch Handprotektoren. Accossato eloxiert die Nabe des EDF016 schwarz, damit sie in dieser Umgebung aufgeht, und gibt dem Blatt die Farbe, die Sie wählen, denn es ist der einzige Teil, den Sie wirklich sehen müssen. Davor wird der ganze Hebel auf CNC-Maschinen aus massivem Aluminium gefräst, sodass Lagerbohrung und Sitz des Griffweiten-Einstellers in der Nabe bei jedem Stück gleich ausfallen. Das Blatt ist starr, und nirgends im Hebel gibt es ein Klappgelenk.
Kies am Scheitelpunkt
Auf Bergstraßen sammelt sich loses Material an vorhersehbaren Stellen. Nach Regen wird Kies von den Hängen heruntergespült und bleibt auf der Innenseite der Kurven liegen, genau dort, wo ein Fahrer auf der Ideallinie den Vorderreifen platzieren würde. Traktoren und Lkw ziehen Splitt aus Seitenwegen auf den Asphalt. Auf einer beladenen TRK 502 heißt die Antwort: früher und in gerader Linie bremsen, etwas weiter außen als gewohnt in die Kurve einfahren und die Vorderradbremse frei lassen, solange das Motorrad über dem losen Stück in Schräglage ist. Müssen Sie in der Kurve doch Tempo abbauen, dann sanft und mit den Fingern schon am Hebel, statt hastig danach zu greifen. Genau hier macht sich die einstellbare Griffweite bezahlt. Stellen Sie das Blatt so ein, dass Sie die Finger ohne Anstrengung darauf halten können, und tun Sie das mit den Handschuhen, die Sie auf Ihren Reisen tatsächlich tragen, nicht mit dem dünnen Paar, mit dem Sie es in der Garage ausprobiert haben.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato führt den EDF016 für die TRK 502 von 2017 bis 2018, montiert am originalen Vorderrad-Bremszylinder. Für die Kupplung derselben Motorräder fertigt Accossato den ESD037, der für dieselben zwei Modelljahre geführt ist.
Straßenzulassung
Für den EDF016 ist keine deutsche ABE dokumentiert, deshalb verkaufen wir ihn für den Einsatz auf der Rennstrecke.
