Der Hersteller hat EV1 für zügiges Straßenfahren und Amateur-Rennstreckensessions entwickelt, und er gibt der Frontbremse einen festeren, präziseren Biss als die für den Alltagsbetrieb gedachten Mischungen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Accossato beschreibt EV1 als hervorragenden Grip beim Straßenfahren und im Amateur-Rennstreckeneinsatz. Bei einer T macht das die Frontbremse zu einem präziseren Werkzeug, wenn der Fahrer später vor einer Kurvenfolge bremst. Die Reibfläche sitzt auf der üblichen AGPA96-Platte, der Einbau erfolgt also wie bei jeder anderen Ausführung. Accossato legt seine Beläge zudem auf kontrollierte Wärme und Fading-Beständigkeit aus.
Der Tourer, der Kurven mag
Gute Straßen zeigen eine andere Seite der T. Unbeladen, ohne Koffer, lässt sie sich zügig durch eine Kurvenfolge bewegen, und die Frontbremse wird zum Werkzeug, das jede Kurve vorbereitet. Eine Mischung mit festem, berechenbarem erstem Biss erlaubt dem Fahrer, mit kürzeren, kontrollierteren Eingaben zu bremsen.
Geht die T zu einem Club-Trackday, bereiten Sie sie wie jedes Sportmotorrad vor. Frische Flüssigkeit, saubere Scheiben und vorab eingebremste Beläge sind die Grundlage. Prüfen Sie die Beläge zwischen den Sessions. Wer später Rennen fährt, sollte sich EV2 oder ZXC ansehen, doch für die meisten Besitzer, die zügig auf der Straße fahren, passt EV1 besser. Nach dem Trackday die Koffer wieder montieren, die Beläge noch einmal prüfen und die festere Frontbremse auf der Heimfahrt genießen.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Accossato listet den AGPA96 für die Front der KTM 1290 Super Adventure T, 2017 bis 2019. Das Motorrad hat zwei Bremssättel vorne, zwei Boxen sind also nötig. Der Bremssattel hinten nimmt in denselben Jahren den Accossato AGPA29 auf.
