DescriptionThe whole story▼
Black on a white motorcycle is the loudest choice you can make with a silencer, and on the ZXMoto 500RR it lines up with the black frame, belly pan and wheels the bike already has. Part ZX02SO0140IBC is the Termignoni SO01 Conical in black-finished stainless steel, carbon fibre end cap, with the dedicated ZX02 link pipe included in the kit.
Key Features
- Kit ZX02SO0140IBC: SO01 Conical silencer in black stainless steel plus the ZX02 link pipe.
- Carbon fibre end cap on a black envelope.
- Built for the ZXMoto 500RR from model year 2025 to 2026.
- The factory heat shield is refitted over the new pipe.
- dB killer included and removable.
- First deliveries from October 2026.
Why the black one costs more
The black kit costs more than the natural stainless version. The difference is the finish on the envelope, applied to stainless steel that has to survive the heat of a silencer sitting a hand’s width from the rear tyre. Everything else is identical: same Conical body, same carbon cap, same link pipe. If you are choosing between the two, it is a styling decision and nothing else — performance and sound do not change.
How it looks on the 500RR
The standard 500RR is mostly white with a black trellis frame and black lower bodywork. A bright stainless can adds a third colour on the right-hand side; the black one extends the dark lower half of the bike back to the tail and leaves the carbon cap and the Termignoni badge as the only details on it. Because the single-sided swingarm leaves the rear wheel exposed, that side of the bike is the one in every photo — so the choice matters more here than it would behind a conventional swingarm.
A new brand in the paddock
ZXMoto was founded by Zhang Xue, the man behind Kove, and presented the 500RR at EICMA 2025. Termignoni first showed its work for the brand at the CIMA show in China before announcing this kit for European dealers. For owners, that means the 500RR gets a full aftermarket exhaust from one of the established Italian names within its first full season, which is not something every new manufacturer can say.
On track
At 168 kg claimed and with a four-cylinder engine revving past 13,000 rpm, the 500RR is a bike for track days more than for commuting. The kit is designed for exactly that: removable dB killer for circuits with and without a noise limit, standard heat shield so nothing new can come loose, and the original header left in place so fitting takes an afternoon rather than a weekend.
Fitment and Compatibility
ZXMoto 500RR, 2025 and 2026 model years only. Not for the 820 RR or any other ZXMoto model.
Road Approval
ZX02SO0140IBC is not road legal. It carries no EC approval and no ABE and is intended for use on closed circuits.
