DescriptionThe whole story

The newest silencer on the oldest side of Spark's decibel line. The Force Evo is the evolution of the Force — ribbed titanium case, carbon end cap — and it stays inside the same 102 dB limit the plain Force clears, which is why Spark charges the most for it among the 3/4 kits.

Key Features

  • 3/4 kit for the Yamaha R1 and R1M: titanium D.60 2-into-1 manifold plus Force Evo silencer.
  • Within the 102 dB limit of the French championship and the Endurance World Championship.
  • Titanium case with a rib converging into the lines of the carbon end cap.
  • The silencer Spark fits to its Endurance World Championship system.
  • Eliminates the catalytic converter, keeps the standard headers.
  • Requires the SGATT844 footrest bracket, ordered separately.

What the Rib Is Doing There

The visible difference between the Force and the Force Evo is a rib that runs along the titanium case and converges into the lines of the carbon end cap. It is a styling decision, and Spark does not claim otherwise — but a pressed rib in a thin titanium sleeve also stiffens the case against the drumming a large flat panel does at certain frequencies.

What matters commercially is where Spark puts this silencer: on the full titanium EWC system, the one used in the Endurance World Championship. The Force Evo is not the decorative version of the Force. It is the one the factory races.

Quiet Is a Feature

Spark offers longer Force Evo case versions specifically to bring the sound level further down, which tells you what this family is for. Noise limits now govern free practice days as well as races on Italian and European circuits, and the ceiling changes with the championship and the engine size.

At 102 dB compliance without a dB killer, this kit is the one that does not need checking against a circuit's policy before you book. That is worth something on its own, and it is the whole reason to pay more for it than for the MotoGP or Grid-O kits that are freer and less welcome.

One Extra Part

Spark notes that this kit requires the SGATT844 footrest bracket, which is not supplied in the box. Add it to the order — it is a small part, and its absence stops the installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Yamaha R1 and R1M, 2015 through 2025, and the MT-10 and MT-10 SP, 2016 through 2026 — Spark lists this part for both. The titanium manifold on its own is GYA8858. The same manifold with the plain Force is GYA8882T and needs no extra bracket; with the Konix Evo it is GYA8883T, which also requires SGATT844. The 400 mm Force Evo silencer group for this diameter is G00SI41T.

Road Approval

None. The catalytic converter is removed and no EC certificate is issued for the kit. Closed circuits only.
