Where previous RX-7V versions established a benchmark, the Evo refines it: the cheek pads have been redesigned, ventilation routing has been optimised, and the inner liner material has been upgraded. Ventilation and Comfort
The redesigned EVO interior moves the lateral air channels to the rear of the cheek pad, allowing a more efficient flow path through the helmet without compromising the close, supportive race fit that defines the RX-7V lineage. The Eco Pure liner is fully removable and machine washable, ensuring the interior stays fresh across long riding seasons. Note that the sporty, close-fitting race geometry means this helmet is not ideally suited to eyeglass wearers — the tight fit around the temples and cheeks makes inserting spectacle arms difficult.
Visor System
The VAS MAX Vision visor offers a panoramic field of view that is wider and taller than conventional race visors, reducing the need to move your head on fast, complex sections of road or circuit. The Pinlock anti-fog insert is included in the box and factory-prepared for installation, providing a reliable dual-pane barrier against fogging in cold or damp conditions. The visor mechanism accepts visor care oil, which is included in the accessory pack.

Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
