DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Just1 J-GPRF is the brand's most advanced road and racing helmet, built around the patented S.D.C. System (Sequential Density Construction) to deliver certified protection against both linear and rotational impact forces. Offered here in a clean gloss white finish, it holds full UNECE 22-06 approval — the most stringent homologation standard in modern motorcycling — and is ready to perform from the morning commute to the race circuit.
Key Features
- UNECE 22-06 certified: meets the highest current impact safety standard for road and competition use
- S.D.C. System (Sequential Density Construction): multi-density materials absorb energy across the full impact spectrum, addressing both linear and rotational forces
- Multicomposite Fibre shell: available in four shell sizes and four EPP/EPS liner sizes for a precision, size-specific fit rather than a one-shell compromise
- J.1.E.R. emergency cheek-pad removal system: allows first responders to remove the helmet safely without aggravating a neck injury
- PROTX2 antimicrobial lining technology: inhibits bacteria and odour, keeping the interior fresher for longer
- 11-vent ventilation circuit: five intake and six exhaust ports channel airflow across the skull and out through the integrated ventilated spine protector
- Anti-fog Pinlock visor included: clear and dark visors supplied as standard, with a Pinlock insert for mist-free vision in cold or wet conditions
Construction and Comfort
The J-GPRF shell is fabricated from a Multicomposite Fibre layup, delivering a stiff, lightweight structure that distributes impact loads efficiently into the multi-density EPP/EPS liner beneath. Four discrete shell sizes ensure that every head circumference is housed in a shell shaped for it — not stretched or padded to fit — which has a direct bearing on both comfort and crash performance.
Inside, the fully removable and washable liner uses PROTX2 antimicrobial technology to resist bacteria build-up during hard sessions. The new liner retention net keeps the interior neat and prevents any movement of the comfort padding during use. The double-D ring retention system provides a secure, proven closure that meets race-day requirements, while the EPS-lined chin bar adds an additional layer of protection at a vulnerable point of impact.
The helmet is also prepared for hydration system compatibility, with an integrated Camel-Bag routing so long-distance or endurance riders can drink on the move without modification.
Ventilation
A five-inlet, six-outlet ventilation architecture moves air from the chin bar and forehead intakes across the skull, exhausting heat and humidity through the rear. The integrated ventilated spine protector continues this airflow management down the back of the shell, reducing heat build-up on track or in summer traffic.
Fitment and Sizing
To find your correct size, wrap a flexible tape measure approximately 1 cm above the ear at the widest point of the skull and consult the size chart below. The J-GPRF is not a one-size-fits-all shell: the four shell and four liner size combinations mean the physical dimensions change between sizes for a truer anatomical fit.

- S: 55–56 cm

“A full carbon shell in four sizes with a titanium double-D and eleven vents, for 287 €. The weight is what stands out the wrong way: 1,600 g is heavy for carbon, and it costs the helmet real points here.”
