DescriptionThe whole story▼
All-day wearing comfort and a precision fit are the foundations of the Suomy TX-Pro Carbon in the Johnson Replica Matte Red livery. Weighing just 1,300 g ±50 g in size M, this full-face helmet wraps a Tri-Fiber composite shell — Kevlar®, carbon and fibreglass working in concert — in a race-replica graphic that turns heads on the paddock and the road alike. Whether you are logging long touring miles or pushing hard on circuit, the TX-Pro is engineered to disappear on your head and keep you focused on the ride.
Key Features
- Tri-Fiber composite shell (Kevlar®, carbon and fibreglass) delivers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio for all-day wear without fatigue.
- Four front air intakes, wind-tunnel-validated ventilation and a purpose-shaped aerodynamic profile keep you cool and stable at speed.
- Optical class 1 scratch-resistant visor paired with Pinlock® Max Vision 70 anti-fog insert ensures crystal-clear vision in every condition.
- Removable and washable interior lining maintains a fresh, comfortable fit across long stints — road or track.
- Cheek pads prepared for Bluetooth headsets and fitted with emergency quick-release tabs for rider safety.
- Double-D-ring retention system holds the helmet securely under the most demanding riding conditions.
Shell Construction and Fit
The TX-Pro's Tri-Fiber shell combines Kevlar® aramid fibres, carbon and fibreglass into a single co-cured structure. The result is a shell that is rigid where it needs to be and energy-absorbing on impact, all at a weight that makes extended wear genuinely effortless. The interior is shaped to suit a wide range of head profiles, and the fully removable, machine-washable liner lets you refresh the helmet after every hard session. Riders who wear spectacles will find the TX-Pro accommodates glasses comfortably, with a channel cut into the cheek pads to prevent pressure points.
Ventilation and Aerodynamics
Four front air inlets feed a structured internal channelling system that draws warm air away from the crown and exhausts it rearward. This circuit was developed in a wind tunnel to balance airflow efficiency with helmet stability, so there is no unwanted lift or buffeting even at motorway speeds or on the back straight. The Johnson Replica graphic is finished in a striking matte red that reads clearly at distance — the same aesthetic worn by the inspiration for this replica edition.
Visor and Visibility
The visor is ground to optical class 1, eliminating the distortion that cheaper lenses introduce over a long day's riding. Pinlock® Max Vision 70 anti-fog technology is included in the box, so the visor stays clear when you move from cold air into a warm paddock or ride through early-morning mist. The quick-release visor mechanism allows tool-free removal and replacement in seconds — useful when switching between tinted and clear inserts between sessions.
Connectivity and Safety
The TX-Pro is prepared for Bluetooth communication systems: the cheek pads feature integrated speaker pockets, and the liner is routed to accept a microphone and cable run. The emergency quick-release cheek pads allow medical personnel to remove the helmet safely without moving the rider's neck — a standard expected at the highest level of competition. Retention is via a double-D-ring chin strap, the most reliable fastening system in motorsport.

“A competition-derived shell at 1,350 g with a proper spoiler and hydrocool padding. It sits low here for one reason: it carries no racing homologation, and in a category that weighs that heavily, equipment alone cannot make it up.”
