DescriptionThe whole story▼
The JP PDR DU006 is the race-layout right-hand block for the Panigale V2, on a universal clamp pattern.
Key Features
- Ducati Panigale V2 955 (2020–2024)
- Race layout
- Universal hole pattern for either master cylinder
- Black anodised Ergal 7075
- CNC-machined from solid
- Military-specification sealed elements
- Plug-and-play on the original connector
Either Master Cylinder
The universal slots take the original assembly and the radial units alike. A V2 prepared for circuits has almost always been changed at the lever end and this covers both cases.
The Right-Hand Race Layout
Same controls as the street block, arranged for a rider working them repeatedly rather than once at a junction. The difference shows within a single session.
Working Against a Brake Lever
The right hand is holding a lever and rolling a throttle simultaneously. Any control beside them has to be reachable without disturbing either, which the race layout is drawn around.
Hot Washing After Every Outing
That is what ends switchgear on a race bike rather than mileage. Sealed elements inside a body cut from one block remove the joint the jet was finding.
Road Specification Returns
Nothing is spliced, so the standard block can go back on in twenty minutes. A V2 sold to a road rider does not need to advertise its past.
A National Class Favourite
The 955 cc Superquadro appears throughout supersport racing because it is light, willing and affordable to run relative to a litre bike. Parts demand for these reflects that.
Black Anodised
Grown into the aluminium electrochemically. On a competition motorcycle the finish has to survive cleaning and repeated handling rather than look good in a photograph.
Military-Grade Elements
Sealed far beyond road requirement. A race bike meets more water in one season, most of it from a pressure washer, than a road bike does in five years.
Stripped and Rebuilt
A competition motorcycle comes apart between rounds as a matter of routine. A body cut from solid tolerates that indefinitely where a clipped moulded one gradually loosens.
