Construction & Corrosion Protection
Every surface that matters has been treated with purpose. The inserts and primary fasteners receive a cobalt-based anti-seize treatment, preventing galling and seizing even after extended track use or exposure to the elements. Smaller fasteners are pre-treated with blue Loctite, so the assembly arrives ready to install without the need for additional threadlocking compounds. The black anodised aluminium finish resists oxidation and maintains its appearance lap after lap.
Geometry Control on Road and Track
The included offset inserts — covering 25 mm, 26 mm, 27 mm, 28 mm, 29 mm and 30 mm — let you experiment with chassis balance before committing. A shorter offset quickens steering response for tight, technical circuits; a longer offset adds stability at high speed. Should your setup require something outside this range, additional inserts spanning 24–31 mm and 32–33 mm are available separately. The adjustable steering stops complement this system, ensuring the chosen offset works in harmony with your lock-to-lock requirement.
