Shell & Protection
Shark has engineered the Aeron shell from a combination of carbon and aramid fibres, a pairing that keeps the overall weight impressively low while maintaining the structural rigidity needed to meet ECE 22.06. Four EPS foam densities are matched across two shell sizes, meaning the helmet you wear is shaped around your head rather than padded out to fit. Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
