DescriptionThe whole story▼
Built around the demands of the track, the Airoh GP 800 Must in grey, orange and black gloss finish delivers genuine race-bred performance wrapped in a sculpted HPC Carbon shell. Three shell sizes, an aggressive aerodynamic silhouette and a certified 1,440 g (size M, ±50 g) weight make this helmet a serious tool for riders who push hard — whether on circuit or a spirited road session.
Key Features
- HPC Carbon construction across three shell sizes, balancing stiffness and low weight for race-level impact protection
- ECE 22.06 certified — the latest international homologation standard for road and track use
- 2D racing visor with A3S (Airoh Automatic Antifog System), scratch resistance, UV resistance and Tear-Off Ready posts for circuit use
- ATVR (Airoh Tool-Less Visor Removal) system plus a Lock System Racing retention mechanism for rapid, tool-free visor swaps at the pits
- Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision lens included in the box, eliminating fogging across an extra-wide field of view
- AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System) and ASN (Airoh Sliding Net) inner lining for secure, comfort-focused fitment on extended stints
- AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) system enables rapid liner removal by emergency responders
Shell & Construction
The GP 800 Must is constructed from HPC Carbon — a high-performance composite that keeps the shell both rigid and light. Airoh produces the helmet across three distinct shell sizes, ensuring proportional fitment rather than padding out a single mould. The grey, orange and black gloss graphic is applied with race-inspired precision: decisive, aerodynamic lines that read as fast even standing still.
Visor System
The 2D racing visor provides an extra-wide field of vision critical at track speeds. The ATVR system means visor changes require no tools — essential when conditions change between sessions. A3S antifog technology is integrated directly into the visor, while Tear-Off Ready posts allow the use of tear-offs on circuit without modification. The included dark smoke visor is ready for bright-sun track days straight out of the box.
Ventilation & Liner
An active ventilation system channels airflow through the shell to manage heat during sustained high-effort riding. The removable and washable inner liner combines Coolmax Superior Performance Technical Textiles with 2DRY, MICROSENSE and SANITIZED treatments, delivering genuine breathability and hygiene across long sessions. The liner is hypoallergenic and attaches via the AMLS magnetic system for easy removal. A hydration-pack (Camel-Bag) port is also integrated for endurance use.

Fitment & Compatibility
