DescriptionThe whole story▼
Ajustment wheel TPX44, Öhlins part number 06758-01. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification.
Key Features
- Original Öhlins service part
- Öhlins part number 06758-01
Where It Sits
There is no measurement to check here — the number and the exploded view identify it. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece. Service parts are what make an Öhlins unit worth rebuilding rather than replacing.
Genuine Service Part
A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.
Identifying the Right Part
Order under 06758-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Service parts make the difference between a damper that is rebuilt and one that is replaced. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number.
Fitting and Setup Service
Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.
