The JP ES 007 answers the secondary air circuit on the Multistrada 1200 S with a fixed resistance, so the controller finds what it expects even though the valve itself has gone.

Cornering Lights
Auxiliary lamps firing with lean angle, fitted to the higher specification. On an unlit road at night the difference is genuinely large.
Where the Crackle Comes From
Residue igniting in a hot header on a trailing throttle. It is not the fuelling and it is not the silencer, and no map has ever cured it.
One Connector
Ducati's own plug, pre-wired, with nothing cut or spliced. It takes about as long as finding the connector under the bodywork.
The Complete Path
Airbox, hose, reed assembly, cylinder head port and a monitored solenoid. A finished deletion accounts for all of them rather than the convenient ones.
A Component Nobody Is Told About
Ducati does not mention secondary air at handover and the handbook barely acknowledges it. Most owners learn it exists when an exhaust makes its consequences audible.
The Parts Go in a Box
The valve, its connector and any clips take up almost no space and are the entire cost of being able to return the motorcycle to standard.
Cheaper Than What It Fixes
The part costs a fraction of a silencer and cures the thing most owners bought the silencer hoping to change.
Keeping the Motorcycle Reversible
Nothing is cut, soldered, drilled or bent. The standard solenoid refits on its own two fasteners with its own connector, and the whole reversal takes about as long as the original fitting did. That property is what makes the difference at an emissions inspection, at a warranty conversation, and in front of a buyer who knows what to look for under the tank.
Clearing the Memory Afterwards
Fitting the eliminator stops new faults being stored, but it does not erase the ones already there. A diagnostic tool clears the history in seconds and it is worth doing at the same time, because a warning that was already logged will otherwise sit in the record and confuse the next person who reads it, whether that is a dealer, a buyer or you in three years.
