The JP KS AP009 is the keyless ignition switch for the RSV4 Factory: no barrel, no key and no steering lock, on a machine that has no use for any of them.

The starter button stays where it was on the switchgear. This part replaces the ignition block and not the controls around it.

Where the Grams Come From
A steel barrel, a lock mechanism, a bracket and a wiring pack. None of it light and all of it above the steering head.

Every gram above the fork crown resists the rider's input twice: once turning in and once picking the bike up. It is the most expensive mass on a motorcycle.
Why the Lock Is Last to Go
Because it still works, and because removing it means dealing with the wiring rather than undoing a bracket. This part is what makes that step short.
A Cockpit Without a Keyhole
The top yoke is the part of the motorcycle a rider looks at most. Removing the barrel changes it more than any sticker ever will.

A steel lock barrel, its tumblers, a mounting bracket, a switch pack and the key. Three hundred and fifty grams by the manufacturer's figure, all of it sitting above the fork crown where a motorcycle is least willing to carry weight.
