The belly pan closes the underside of the bike between the frame rails, below the engine and ahead of the exhaust collector. It is the largest single piece in this range and the one that lives closest to the road.

What A Belly Pan Is, And What It Is Not
It shields the underside of the engine from stones thrown by the front wheel and keeps road spray out of the crankcase area. It is bodywork, not a sump guard, and it is worth being clear about that: it will not take an impact from a rock on a forest track, and nothing in this laminate is intended to.
For fast road and motorway use, which is where most of these bikes spend their lives, that distinction rarely matters. For gravel with real stones in it, an aluminium bash plate is the honest answer.

Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. A like-for-like belly pan on original mounts is the straightforward case, but the paperwork is still yours to confirm.
Fitting
Fit it with the bike on a paddock stand and the exhaust cold. The pan passes close to the header run, and the clearance it needs is the clearance the original had.
Locate all brackets before tightening. A pan of this size forced onto one bracket carries a twist for the rest of its life, and that shows up as a cracked mounting eye a few thousand kilometres later.
