DescriptionThe whole story▼
Please note: sale to France is prohibited.
Engineered for the demands of trackdays and sun-drenched road sessions, the Shoei CWR-F2PN in silver mirrored finish transforms your X-SPR PRO into a sharp, high-performance package. With a 22–28% light transmission rating, greater than 99% UV protection, and a premium mirrored coating, this visor delivers serious glare management without compromising the aerodynamic integrity that defines the X-SPR PRO platform.
Key Features
- Silver mirrored finish cuts intense glare on circuit and open roads, keeping vision sharp under harsh sunlight
- Light transmission of 22–28% with greater than 99% UV protection — genuine sun defence, not just a styling choice
- Pinlock EVO prepared (Pinlock lens sold separately), eliminating fogging risk during warm-weather riding
- Integrated vortex generators reduce wind buffeting and cabin noise at speed, enhancing concentration on track
- Centre-mounted tab for a stable, controlled single-hand open and close even at motorway speeds
- Tool-free quick-release mechanism allows visor changes between sessions in seconds
Build Quality and Optical Performance
Shoei's CWR-F2PN shell is precision-moulded to the exact curvature of the X-SPR PRO aperture, ensuring a gap-free seal against wind, rain, insects and road debris. The mirrored coating is applied to the outer surface and delivers a consistent silver tone across the full field of view, giving the helmet a purposeful, race-inspired aesthetic that works equally well on show bikes and circuit paddocks.
The vortex generators — small aerodynamic fins integrated into the visor surface — are a detail borrowed directly from Shoei's MotoGP development programme. At sustained high speeds they break up turbulent airflow around the visor edge, reducing the noise and pressure fluctuations that cause fatigue over long stints. It is a functional engineering feature, not decoration.
Visor Care and Safety
Clean the visor regularly using only the methods described in the enclosed care guide. Any scratches or chips in the mirrored coating reduce optical clarity and should be addressed by replacement rather than continued use. Follow the care guide strictly to maintain the integrity of the mirror finish and keep your sightlines unobstructed.
Approval and Usage Conditions
This visor does not carry ECE 22.06 approval and must only be used in good daylight conditions. It is not suitable for night riding or situations with reduced visibility. Use is restricted to daytime only — plan your ride accordingly.
Fitment and Compatibility
The CWR-F2PN visor is designed exclusively for the Shoei X-SPR PRO helmet. It is not compatible with other Shoei models or third-party helmets. Confirm your helmet model before ordering.
