Shell Construction
Suomy calls it Tricarboco — a hand-laid blend of carbon fibre, aramid fibre and fibreglass that produces a shell striking the ideal balance between rigidity and weight. Tipping the scales at approximately 1,230 g ±50 g, the TX-Pro is genuinely light for an all-day sport helmet. Two shell sizes are produced to ensure a proper geometric fit across the full size run, and the construction delivers excellent torsional stability alongside meaningful vibration resistance — qualities you notice most at sustained motorway pace.
Aerodynamics
The TX-Pro's profile was shaped in a wind tunnel to minimise lift, turbulence and wind noise at speed. Panoramic Visor System

The scratch-resistant visor runs from 2 to 3.5 mm in thickness, locks positively via a side catch, and changes without tools in seconds. Hydrocool Liner and Comfort
The removable, washable Hydrocool liner uses high-tech fabrics engineered to draw moisture away from the skin and keep the interior fresh on longer rides. The cheek pads feature a quick-release emergency removal tab so first responders can remove the helmet safely in a casualty situation. The interior is shaped to accommodate glasses wearers comfortably, and the cut-outs in the cheek pads are intercom-compatible from the outset.
Ventilation

Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
