DescriptionThe whole story▼
Many riders learned to handle a proper motorcycle on a Kawasaki ER-6 F, and plenty of these bikes are still in daily service with owners who value their easy nature. AGPA94 is Accossato's pad for the right-hand front caliper of the ER-6 F, and in the Organic mixture it suits calm, everyday riding. It fits the ER-6 F from 2006 to 2016 and is intended for riders who want a gentle, quiet brake and long-lasting discs.
Key Features
- Front right pads AGPA94 for the Kawasaki ER-6 F, 2006 to 2016
- Organic mixture, SKU AGPA94OR
- Accossato cites long performance and reduced disc wear
- Soft initial bite that is easy to modulate
- Low noise in town
- Left front caliper takes AGPA95
- Also offered on this plate as ST, EV1, EV2 and ZXC
- No ABE on file; for track use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's Organic compound is described as long-lasting and easy on the disc. On an ER-6 F that has already covered many years of use, the second point is particularly relevant: a pad that limits disc wear helps the original discs last longer. The company also claims its pads run cool enough to resist fading while giving a firm stop. The block is fitted to the AGPA94 plate, shaped for the right caliper.
For Newer Riders
Riders still building experience tend to brake cautiously and sometimes abruptly when surprised. A pad with a gentle, progressive bite helps here, because the ER-6 F responds in proportion to the pressure on the lever instead of snatching at the first touch. That makes it easier to learn smooth, controlled stops.
Anyone maintaining an older ER-6 F should look at the discs closely when fitting new pads. Deep grooves or a pronounced lip at the edge suggest the disc is worn. Clean the pistons, which often collect dirt over the years, and check that the fluid is clear.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists AGPA94 for the front right caliper of the Kawasaki ER-6 F 650 from 2006 to 2016. The left front caliper uses AGPA95 and the rear AGPP102. A box covers one caliper, so both front calipers need a box each, one of AGPA94 and one of AGPA95.
Road Approval
No ABE or German approval certificate for AGPA94OR is available to us. These pads are sold for racing and competition.
