Puig developed the Race spoiler range by applying the virtual aerodynamic simulations and real-world data gathered across seasons of top-level grand prix competition. The result is a side spoiler system that translates genuine circuit knowledge into a package any ZX-6R Ninja rider can fit and use every day. The closed winglet shape increases the ground-effect "lapa" phenomenon in corners by guiding air inward, building front-end load precisely where you need it when tipping into a bend.

Materials and Construction

Each kit consists of two elements. The first are the mounting supports, injected in flexible plastic and bonded to the fairing with 3M Dual Lock — a system robust enough to resist aerodynamic loads at speed yet clean enough to leave no residue when removed. The second element is the spoiler blade itself, moulded from high-resistance thermoplastic polymer for the outer structure and 4 mm high-impact acrylic for the aerodynamic surface. Edges are radiused to greater than 2 mm throughout, satisfying both safety regulations and the TÜV quality certification. Total weight of the assembly is 994 g.
