The JP ES 046 closes the Super Duke R EVO's air injection ports with billet plugs on O-ring seals.

The Mechanical Half
Reed housings on both heads with hoses to the airbox. The electrical eliminator satisfies the controller; this closes the ports.
Suspension Pro
KTM's software package adds anti-dive under braking and a lowering function at a standstill. It works because the WP hardware underneath is genuinely good.
Why Aluminium
A plastic housing on a cylinder head takes the widest temperature swing on the motorcycle. A turned plug is indifferent to it and lasts as long as the engine.
Sealed Properly
An O-ring in a machined groove rather than compound on a flat face. It comes apart cleanly whenever it needs to.
Both Cylinders
The V-twin carries the arrangement twice. Capping one side and leaving the other is not a deletion.
A Short Run
KTM sold the EVO alongside the standard R for a few seasons before the 1390 arrived. It is the most complete version of that generation.

Unmetered air downstream of the cylinder corrupts every reading a dyno takes.

KTM could have offered the electronic suspension as an option box and chose to build a distinct motorcycle around it instead. The reason is that the damping changes what the bike does on a broken surface more than any frame revision in that generation managed to.
