As an alternative to the Full-length kit Accossato also offers for the Yamaha XJ6 N, F Diversion and S Diversion built between 2009 and 2016, this kit uses the Over-the-mudguard layout: one line runs from the master cylinder to the right front caliper, a second continues from that caliper across the mudguard to the left one, and a third serves the rear. The hose count is the same three lines either way; only the routing at the front differs. Riders who have tried both layouts on similar bikes often have a personal preference for how the front end looks with the mudguard-crossing line, independent of any difference in outright braking performance.
