DescriptionThe whole story▼
Please note: sale to France is prohibited.
The Shoei X-SPR PRO in gloss white stands as one of the most rigorously certified motorcycle helmets available today — carrying both ECE 22.06 road homologation and the FIM FRHPhe-01 racing certification, placing it among a select group of lids trusted at the highest levels of circuit competition. The unmarked gloss white finish is a blank canvas: pure, clean, and ready for team liveries, sponsor graphics, or simply the confident minimalism of a rider who lets the engineering do the talking.
Key Features
- Dual homologation: ECE 22.06 for road use and FIM FRHPhe-01 for sanctioned circuit racing — genuine track-to-road versatility built in from the start
- AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) shell — a six-layer high-performance composite weave engineered to manage impact energy with exceptional efficiency across multiple hit zones
- EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) cheek pads for safe, controlled helmet removal by first responders without compromising the rider's neck or spine
- Patented rear stabiliser that maintains aerodynamic stability at speeds up to 350 km/h, reducing head fatigue and buffeting on long straights
- 13-vent ventilation system — seven intakes and six exhausts, including an improved cheek-pad ventilation channel — designed for sustained high-speed airflow
- CamelBak-compatible hydration system preparation, making it a genuine endurance racing tool as well as an outstanding road helmet
Safety at the Core
Shoei built the X-SPR PRO around two of the most demanding certification standards in motorcycling. ECE 22.06 is the latest and most stringent European road-use regulation, introducing rotational energy management testing that earlier standards did not address. The FIM FRHPhe-01 homologation goes further still, applying the force of circuit-racing requirements backed by the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme — the same body that governs MotoGP. This dual certification is not a marketing claim; it is a documented, independently verified statement of the helmet's protective capability.
The double D-ring chin strap fastening is retained for its proven reliability under crash loads, while the dual-lock visor mechanism prevents unintended opening at speed — details that matter when you are committed to a corner at triple-digit velocities.
Shell, Fit and Ventilation
The AIM+ composite shell is manufactured in multiple sizes to maintain consistent shell geometry relative to the foam liner, rather than stretching a single shell across the entire size range. The result is a more uniform impact absorption profile regardless of which size you choose. The interior liner is fully removable and washable, constructed from moisture-wicking, quick-drying materials, and features a dedicated glasses groove — useful even within the helmet's race-oriented fit profile. Cheek pads and crown pads are available in varying thicknesses for a personal fitting, and inlet plates can be adjusted to dial in airflow to individual preference.
Visor System
The CWR-F2R visor delivers an expanded vertical field of vision compared to the previous generation — a meaningful advantage both on track, where early apex identification matters, and on the road, where reading junctions and signage quickly adds a genuine safety margin. The visor is tear-off compatible for circuit use and ships with a Pinlock EVO anti-fog insert as standard, ensuring clear sight lines from the moment you pull on the helmet. Replacement visors in clear, tinted, mirrored, and photochromic finishes are available separately through Inter-Pace.
Sizing Guide
| Size | Head Circumference |
|---|---|
| XS | 53–54 cm |
| S | 55–56 cm |
| M | 57–58 cm |
| L | 59–60 cm |
| XL | 61–62 cm |
| XXL | 63–64 cm |
Measure your head approximately 2.5 cm above the eyebrows at the widest point. If you fall between two sizes, select the smaller option — the liner will compress and conform during break-in. Thicker or thinner cheek and crown pad sets are available to refine the fit further.
Accessories and Personalisation

Fitment & Compatibility
The Shoei X-SPR PRO gloss white is a universal helmet and is not vehicle-specific. It is designed for road and circuit use across all motorcycle disciplines. Bluetooth intercom systems may be fitted using universal mounting solutions; no Shoei SRL-specific integrated communication system is designated for the X-SPR PRO. The helmet includes a glasses groove and is conditionally suitable for spectacle wearers, though the race-oriented fit should be verified in person before purchase.

“The reference every other race helmet on this page is measured against. Airflow and padding are the best we can find at any price, and the ECE-plus-FIM double is rare. It is not quiet, and 1,450 g is only average — neither matters much on a track day.”
— the Inter-Pace crewECE 22.06 and FIM FRHPhe-01 — road-legal and grid-legal.
EQRS, double-D and four shell sizes: nothing missing.
Thirteen ports, and reviewers rate the airflow best in class.
150 wind-tunnel configurations; it holds a line at speed.
1,450 g — mid-pack for a full race shell.
99 dB. Quiet for a race lid, still loud for touring.
Five cheek-pad thicknesses and padding testers call class-leading.
Four shell sizes, six helmet sizes, intermediate oval.
A pure race full-face, and it looks the part.
799 € buys the benchmark — but never the bargain.
