At XL sizing, it is worth noting that the outer shell steps up one size (from shell size 86 to 88), which helps maintain the balanced proportions Arai is known for at the larger end of the fit range.

The interior has been thoroughly revised for the EVO. Lateral air channel routing has been moved to the rear of the cheek pads, reducing pressure points for riders wearing the helmet on extended stints. The Eco Pure liner material is fully removable and machine washable, keeping the helmet fresh across a full season of road or track use.

Optics and Visibility

The VAS MAX Vision shield is Arai's widest-view visor system, engineered to reduce the blind spots that narrower shields create at corner entry. It comes Pinlock-prepared as standard, and the included Pinlock insert creates a double-glazing effect that eliminates fogging in cold, wet, or humid conditions — a practical advantage for road riders as much as track-day regulars.
