Ordering a Pair

Two silencers, two article numbers. A symmetrical twin-can installation needs this one and G00SI08T together, and the two are priced separately because Spark builds them as separate parts rather than as a kit.

The most common mistake on a two-sided build is ordering the same number twice. The result fits — but the outlet angles both point the same way and the engraving on one side reads upside down.

The Shape

Moto GP is Spark's short, wide profile: volume gained across the case rather than along it. Grand prix regulations pushed silencers into that proportion and the road industry followed, which is why a shape that looked extreme fifteen years ago now reads as current.

On a custom build it has a practical advantage too. A short case clears a swingarm, a shock and a pillion peg in places where a long one has to be angled outward.

What Comes in the Box, and What Does Not

In: the silencer, its holder, two springs, and the laser engraving. Out: any pipework to your header, and the noise insert. Both are separate purchases and both are worth settling before the build starts.

Seven Hundred Grams

The whole silencer, holder excluded. It is the lightest case Spark builds in this catalogue apart from the Grid-O, and the reason is simply that there is not much of it — a Moto GP case gains its volume across the width, where thin titanium is at its most efficient.

On a race machine that number is the argument. On a road build it is a bonus alongside the shape.

No Paperwork

Spark lists this article as not approved and there is no route to changing that. A universal titanium race silencer is a track component; fitting one to a road-registered motorcycle in most of Europe makes the machine non-compliant regardless of what insert is in it.
