The Leatt Moto 4.5 Lite Jacket is a light, breathable softshell for motocross and enduro riders who want protection from wind and light rain without the bulk of a full rain jacket. Its 4-way stretch fabric moves with you, and the sleeves zip off, so it works as a jacket on cool mornings and as a vest once the day warms up.
The black version carries a large white Leatt logo across the chest and comes in the widest size range of this group, from S to 5XL.

Softshell Construction
The outer shell is 85% polyester, 10% polyurethane and 5% elastane, with a polyester mesh lining inside. Leatt treats the face fabric with a coating that resists dirt, water and stains. Shoulders and elbows, which rub on the bike and take the most wear, are reinforced with 1000D nylon.
Airflow and Adaptability
Large ventilation zips with two-way operation let you open the jacket exactly as far as you need. When it gets properly hot, the sleeves come off and the 4.5 Lite becomes a vest.
Fit and Compatibility
The tailored, waist-length cut is designed to be worn with or without a body protector, and the collar works with or without a Leatt Neck Brace. YKK zips and a reflective print on the back complete the details.
What you should know
Leatt describes the 4.5 Lite as water-resistant, intended for light rain and wind. For long, heavy rain the 4.5 HydraDri, with its higher-rated membrane, is the better choice. The jacket has no armour and no EN 17092 class is listed, so wear a protector underneath. The weight given by Leatt is 1,150 g.
Colour
Black covers the shell completely, with a large white Leatt logo across the chest, white lettering down the sleeves, a white logo on the upper back and grey patches at the rear shoulders. It is an easy match for most pants and jerseys, and the white branding keeps it from looking plain.
