DescriptionThe whole story▼
When every tenth of a second counts on track, unintended brake lever contact is not an option. The LighTech ISS113RA brake lever guard delivers race-proven protection in a compact 132mm CNC-machined aluminium profile — purpose-built for the MV Agusta F3 675 and F3 800 in their full 2011–2017 production run.
Key Features
- CNC-machined from high-grade aluminium for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio — no excess mass on the bar end
- 132mm sport-compact length strikes the ideal balance between lever protection and a clean, uncluttered cockpit aesthetic
- Anodised surface finish resists corrosion, crash abrasion and track grime while maintaining a premium appearance
- Prevents accidental brake lever actuation from handlebar-to-handlebar contact on circuit or in slow-speed manoeuvres
- Plug-and-play fitment via the included vehicle-specific adapter KPL319 — no drilling, no fabrication, no guesswork
- Pairs symmetrically with a matching LighTech clutch lever guard for a complete race-ready bar setup
Track-Focused Engineering
LighTech designed the ISS113RA with the trackday and racing rider firmly in mind. On circuit, where bikes run in close proximity and contact between bars is a real risk, a quality lever guard is a genuine safety asset — not merely a cosmetic addition. The 132mm format is deliberately shorter than touring-spec guards, reducing interference with handlebar inputs while still covering the lever sweep zone where accidental engagement matters most.
The CNC-milling process produces a guard that is both rigid under impact and light enough that it contributes no meaningful rotational mass. The anodised finish is available in seven colours, allowing you to match your F3's livery or create a deliberate contrast highlight on the cockpit.
Fitment and Compatibility
The ISS113RA is designed to mount directly to the original equipment (OE) handlebar of the MV Agusta F3 675 and F3 800 across all model years from 2011 to 2017. The adapter KPL319 is included in the box and provides a secure, rattle-free interface with the stock bar end thread — no aftermarket handlebar required.
