The JP ES KIT09 is both halves of the secondary air deletion for the Panigale V4: the connector that satisfies the controller and the cover that closes the cylinder head.

The 2025 Redesign
Ducati revised the V4 again with a new frame, a different swingarm and revised aerodynamics. The engine architecture carried over and almost everything around it changed.
The Panel Stays Clear
The resistor network answers the controller's diagnostic current, so no fault is stored and no lamp appears at the next ignition cycle.
A Repair as Much as a Deletion
On a machine past its first decade the reed housing has limited life left, so the aluminium half removes a job that was already coming.
One Fewer Consumable
The reed assembly is among the few genuinely perishable items bolted to a cylinder head, and aluminium is indifferent to heat cycling.
Aluminium Instead of Moulding
There is nothing inside the cover to age and nothing to inspect. It is the same argument as any other consumable replaced by a solid part.
Torque Into the Head
The figure is low and specified for good reason. It is the single number worth looking up before starting.
A Repair Wearing Another Name
On any Ducati past its first decade the reed housing has limited life left. Fitting aluminium removes a job that was coming rather than merely deleting an emissions device.
Cold Engine, Correct Torque
Aluminium threads in a warm cylinder head strip more easily than most people expect, and the specified figure for the head fasteners is low. Waiting for the engine to cool and looking the number up once is the entire difference between a short evening and a thread repair.
The Order That Works
Electrical half first while the airbox is out and access is best, then the covers on the heads, then the intake fitting, then reassembly. Doing it the other way round means reaching past a fitted cover to get at a connector, which is possible and unnecessary.
