The JP ES 010 removes the R1M's PAIR solenoid and prevents the warning that would otherwise follow.

Carbon and Öhlins
The R1M adds carbon bodywork, electronically managed Öhlins and a data logger to an already focused motorcycle. Yamaha built it in limited numbers for people who race.
Built to Be Taken to a Circuit
A high proportion of R1Ms spend their weekends on track. On those bikes the emissions equipment is among the first things removed and it is rarely put back.
Secondary Air
Fresh air into the exhaust ports so unburnt fuel finishes burning there. It lowers measured emissions and it upsets the lambda reading that any race map depends on.
The Monitored Solenoid
Checked at every start. Removing it without an eliminator produces a permanent warning on a dashboard that is otherwise entirely composed.
A Crossplane Four
The uneven firing order came from Yamaha's MotoGP programme and it gives the R1 a traction feel that conventional inline fours do not have.
The Communication Control Unit
The R1M logs suspension and rider data to a phone. It is the closest thing to a factory telemetry package on a road-registered motorcycle.
Both Halves Needed
A cover blanks the cylinder head ports. Fitting the electrical eliminator alone silences the warning without stopping the air.
Ten Model Years
The fitment covers 2015 to 2024, the full run of the current-shape R1M. Yamaha left the emissions hardware alone across it.
Nothing Cut
Original connector throughout. On a limited-production motorcycle an untouched loom is worth real money at resale.
Two Hundred Horsepower, Two Hundred Kilograms
The R1M's power-to-weight figure was extraordinary when it arrived and it remains competitive a decade later. Yamaha achieved it with titanium connecting rods and a magnesium subframe rather than by cutting equipment, which is the expensive route and the one that lasts.
