Built on pre-preg carbon fibre rims paired with CNC-machined 6082 T6 aluminium hubs, this set slashes unsprung and rotational weight to levels no cast or forged alloy wheel can approach — with full DOT E and JWL homologation covering both road and circuit use across all RN32, RN49 and RN65 model years from 2015 to 2026.

The Mamba 7 TEK is engineered around the physics of acceleration and handling. Reducing rotational inertia at the wheel means the R1's engine spends less energy spinning mass and more propelling the bike forward. Under hard braking, lighter wheels respond more quickly and allow the suspension to track the surface with greater precision. On circuit, the combined effect — sharper turn-in, more feedback through the bars, faster lap times — is immediately apparent. On the road, the same properties translate into a ride that feels lighter and more alive without sacrificing any structural integrity.
Build Quality
BST's pre-preg carbon fibre process ensures consistent resin distribution and fibre alignment in every rim, producing a wheel that is not only light but also exceptionally stiff and durable under the bending, radial, lateral and torsional loads generated by aggressive riding. The hubs are machined from 6082 T6 aluminium billet for precise bearing seats and sprocket/disc interfaces. The complete set is supplied in standard original dimensions as standard; alternative dimensions are available on request.
