How to measure your helmet size correctly: To find the right helmet size, measure your head circumference with a flexible tape measure.
It is important that the tape measure runs around the widest part of the head – only then will you get a correct result.
Place the tape measure at the front, about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows, and run it along the sides above the ears.
At the back, the tape must run over the largest part of the back of the head (not too low on the neck). The tape may run slightly at an angle – what matters is that it sits all the way around the largest points of the head.
Make sure the tape measure sits snugly but does not dig in. Measure 2–3 times for the most accurate result. You can then compare the measured value in centimetres (cm) with our size chart.
Tips for an accurate result
- Keep hair flat (e.g. do not measure over a voluminous hairstyle)
- Keep the tape horizontal, i.e. along the largest circumference
- Do not measure too loosely
- For values between two sizes:
→ usually choose the larger size (depending on helmet model / fit)
Important note on fit
The right helmet should fit firmly without causing uncomfortable pressure points.
A new helmet may feel a little tighter at first, as the inner lining adapts slightly over time.

AGV's Reeval graphic is anything but an afterthought. The white base is intersected by bold red and grey detailing that echoes the dynamic lines seen on AGV race lids across multiple world championship seasons. It is a livery that references the company's Italian racing DNA while remaining refined enough for daily commutes and long touring days alike. The four available shell sizes mean the proportions stay true regardless of which size you order — the silhouette is consistently sleek.
Construction and Safety
The outer shell pairs carbon fibre with aramid reinforcement, producing a structure that is both ultralight and highly resistant to impact deformation. Inside, a 5-density EPS liner is tuned to manage a wide range of impact energies — a design philosophy borrowed directly from AGV's MotoGP programme. A double-D ring closure completes the safety package, and collarbone-protection profiling at the chin area, combined with reflective inserts, adds a further layer of real-world practicality.
Ventilation and Aerodynamics
The K6 S shell is shaped in a wind tunnel, and the Reeval version inherits every aerodynamic benefit of that development. An integrated rear spoiler reduces turbulence and keeps the helmet planted at higher speeds, while five individually adjustable front inlets and a single rear outlet create a through-flow that remains draught-free and pressure-free. The result is a helmet you can wear for hours without fatigue.
Visor and Visibility
The included Pinlock 120XLT MaxVision insert clips directly into the clear visor and eliminates fogging across the wide 190° horizontal sweep. The visor itself carries an optical Class 1 rating, features a scratch-resistant coating, and can be locked in the closed position for added security. A patented quick-release mechanism allows tool-free swaps in seconds, and a micro-opening position provides low-speed ventilation without compromising rain protection.
Comfort and Interior
The DrySpeed liner absorbs moisture rapidly, while the Microsense fabric layer — a blend of Ritmo and Shalimar textiles — sits against the skin with notable softness. Emergency cheek-pad release tabs allow first responders to remove the pads without moving the rider's head. The interior geometry is shaped to accept most prescription eyewear frames without pressure points, and the wind deflector and nose guard are included in the box.
Connectivity
The K6 S is pre-prepared for the AGV ARK communication system, powered by Sena. The relevant adapter and mounting points are integrated into the shell design, so there is no cutting or permanent modification required to add intercom or music functionality.
