DescriptionThe whole story▼
Born from AGV's MotoGP racing programme, the K6 S in gloss white brings grand-prix-derived engineering to the road — a carbon-aramid composite shell so precisely engineered it exceeds the already demanding ECE 22.06 standard by 36%, yet tips the scales at just approximately 1,255 g. Whether you are chasing the limit on a fast back road or covering serious touring miles, this helmet performs where it counts.
Key Features
- Carbon-aramid composite shell — one of the lightest full-face road helmet constructions available, built to the same materials philosophy as AGV's MotoGP lids
- ECE 22.06 certified and developed under AGV's Extreme Safety Design protocol, exceeding the standard's impact requirements by 36%
- Five-density EPS liner in four shell sizes provides precisely tuned energy absorption matched to each head circumference
- Pinlock MaxVision 120 visor included — Class 1 optics, scratch-resistant, panoramic 190° horizontal and 85° vertical field of view, with a patented locking mechanism and quick-release system
- Five front vents plus one large rear exhaust outlet, with chin ventilation operable in gloves — wind-tunnel-optimised aerodynamics suit both sport and touring riding positions
- AGV ARK (Sena) Bluetooth intercom-ready with dedicated mounting points and AGV accessory adapter included
Race-Derived Construction
The K6 S shell is constructed from a carbon-aramid-fibre composite — the same material approach that informs AGV's top-tier racing helmets. Four shell sizes are paired with a five-density EPS impact liner, meaning each size band delivers differentiated energy management rather than a one-size padding solution. An integrated collarbone-protection profile reduces injury risk in the kind of off-line excursions that happen on track days and spirited road riding alike. The double-D retention system remains the gold standard in helmet closure security, and reflective inserts add low-light visibility — details that matter when you push late into the evening after a long riding day.
Vision & Ventilation
The large visor delivers a 190° horizontal and 85° vertical field of view — unusually generous for a full-face design — and ships with a Pinlock MaxVision 120 insert already in the box. The lens is rated Class 1 optical quality and features a scratch-resistant coating. A micro-opening system allows controlled ventilation without breaking the visor seal, while the patented locking system prevents unintended lift at speed. Five adjustable front air intakes and a single large rear exhaust channel direct airflow efficiently through the helmet, reducing interior heat during hard riding and on warm touring days.
Comfort for Daily & Long-Distance Use
Inside, Shalimar and Ritmo premium fabrics line the interior. AGV's DrySpeed technology draws perspiration away from the skin immediately, and the Microsense surface maximises comfort in direct contact areas. The cheek pads incorporate a safety-release system for emergency helmet removal. The full interior is removable and washable, and the fit is specifically shaped to accommodate spectacle wearers. An included wind deflector and removable nose guard complete the comfort package, making the K6 S equally at home on a daily commute or an extended tour.
Fitment & Compatibility
The AGV K6 S is a universal full-face road helmet approved for all motorcycle types under ECE 22.06. It is compatible with the AGV ARK communication system (Sena), with all necessary adapters and accessories for the K6 S included. Available in sizes XS through XXL.

“Light enough that you stop noticing it, quiet by road-helmet standards and backed by the best crash-test result on this page. It gives up ground only on aerodynamics — this is a fast road helmet, not a race shell.”
— the Inter-Pace crewECE 22.06 — no racing homologation, and none needed.
Five SHARP stars, four shell sizes and a rotational system.
Carbon-aramid shell shaped for speed, not for touring.
Chin vent switchable on the move; airflow well judged.
Pinlock included, wide field of view.
Deals with wind noise better than most road helmets.
Comfortable, though not the plushest at this price.
