DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Suomy TX-Pro in Advance Orange Fluo is a statement of racing intent as much as it is a piece of precision engineering. Its Tri-Fiber composite shell — woven from Kevlar®, carbon and fibreglass — delivers a weight-to-protection ratio that serious road and track riders demand, while the vivid fluorescent orange graphic finish ensures you are never invisible at speed.
Key Features
- Tri-Fiber composite shell (Kevlar®, carbon, fibreglass) for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio at approximately 1,300 g ±50 g in size M
- Wind-tunnel-validated aerodynamics with four front air intakes for sustained ventilation during long stints or hard track sessions
- Scratch-resistant Optic Class 1 visor with Pinlock® Max Vision 70 anti-fog insert included as standard
- Quick-release visor mechanism for tool-free removal and straightforward cleaning
- Bluetooth-communication-ready interior with dedicated speaker pockets in the cheek pads
- Emergency-release cheek pads and a double-D-ring retention system for rapid, secure removal when it matters most
- Removable and machine-washable interior lining for lasting comfort and hygiene
Design, Finish and Heritage
Suomy has been producing race-grade helmets for decades, and the TX-Pro represents the marque at its most focused. This Advance Orange Fluo colourway is applied in a high-gloss lacquer over the carbon-composite shell, making the fluorescent tones pop with an intensity that looks equally purposeful in the pit lane and on the open road. The graphic language is unmistakably Suomy — bold without being garish, and rooted in a motorsport heritage that includes multiple world-championship campaigns.
Shell Construction and Safety
The outer shell combines aramid (Kevlar®) fibres with carbon weave and fibreglass in a single Tri-Fiber laminate. This construction resists both sharp-impact penetration and the rotational energy common in real-world accidents. The resulting shell is harder and more impact-resistant than single-material alternatives, yet the TX-Pro still comes in at roughly 1,300 g for a size M — a figure that reduces rider fatigue on extended journeys and improves neck-muscle endurance during track days.
Aerodynamics and Ventilation
Four front air intakes channel airflow through the helmet and exhaust heat via dedicated rear outlets, keeping the rider cool during intense riding. The entire shell profile was refined in a wind tunnel to minimise lift and buffeting at motorway and circuit speeds, contributing to a stable, composed feel at the limit.
Visor and Visibility
The Optic Class 1 visor offers the highest optical clarity category, free from the distortion that causes eye strain on long rides. The included Pinlock® Max Vision 70 insert creates a hermetic seal against the main lens, preventing fogging in cold, damp or rapidly changing conditions. The quick-release mechanism means swapping to a tinted visor at the circuit takes seconds without tools.
Comfort and Connectivity
The removable interior is shaped to accommodate spectacles comfortably, making the TX-Pro a practical daily helmet as well as a track tool. Cheek pads are pre-cut for Bluetooth headset speakers, and the shell is prepared for popular communication systems so riders can stay connected with their team or pillion without modification. Emergency-release tabs on the cheek pads allow first responders to remove the helmet safely following an incident.
Fitment and Compatibility
The Suomy TX-Pro is a full-face helmet suitable for road and circuit use. Certified to UNECE 22-06. Available in six shell sizes to suit the full range of head circumferences — refer to the size guide below for the correct fit.

“A competition-derived shell at 1,350 g with a proper spoiler and hydrocool padding. It sits low here for one reason: it carries no racing homologation, and in a category that weighs that heavily, equipment alone cannot make it up.”
