Shell Construction & Aerodynamics
The X-SPR PRO shell is formed using Shoei's AIM+ process, which layers organic and high-performance fibres into a matrix that disperses impact energy efficiently while keeping mass in check. The external geometry is the product of wind-tunnel testing, featuring a patented rear stabiliser that reduces aerodynamic lift and suppresses buffeting at motorway and circuit speeds alike. Measure your head circumference approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. If you fall between two sizes, select the smaller of the two and allow a short break-in period. Custom Shoei fitting inlets and pads are available to fine-tune the fit.

It is approved for road use across all ECE 22.06 markets and is homologated for FIM-regulated racing events under FRHPhe-01. For Bluetooth or intercom integration, the X-SPR PRO is conditionally compatible with universal third-party intercom systems; there is no dedicated Shoei SRL speaker-integration specified for this model.

Take out the washable lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water. Clean the shell and visor with a soft cloth and water only — never solvents.
