DescriptionThe whole story▼
Built to the exact specifications demanded by world championship competition, the Airoh GP 800 FIM Racing #1 in white glossy is a full-carbon race helmet engineered without compromise. Every surface, every gram, every internal system has been refined in Airoh's own wind tunnel and validated by professional riders — the result is a helmet that genuinely earns its FIM homologation rather than simply wearing the badge.
Key Features
- Full carbon shell in UD 12K weave delivers a structural rigidity and weight-to-protection ratio that composite alternatives cannot match, all at approximately 1,420 g (size M, ±50 g).
- FIM homologation — the governing body's own stamp of approval for international motorcycle racing, going beyond standard road certifications.
- Aerodynamic profile refined in a dedicated wind tunnel, with a pronounced rear spoiler that manages airflow at racing speeds and reduces helmet lift.
- 2D racing visor with ATVR (Airoh Tool-less Visor Removal), A3S (Airoh Automatic Antifog System), scratch resistance, UV resistance, tear-off compatibility, and an extra-wide field of view — including a Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision insert in the box.
- AMLS (magnetic liner system) interior in Coolmax Superior Performance Technical Textiles with 2DRY, MICROSENSE and SANITIZED treatments — removable, washable, and hypoallergenic.
- ASN ventilation and extraction system improves airflow, enhances impact protection geometry, and increases long-session wearing comfort.
- Camelback hydration system compatible, keeping you race-ready on circuit without lifting the visor.
Premium Construction
The GP 800's shell is formed entirely from UD 12K unidirectional carbon fibre — a grade chosen for its exceptional stiffness-to-mass ratio and used extensively in motorsport and aerospace. The glossy white finish is applied over this raw carbon structure, maintaining every aerodynamic contour without adding unnecessary material. This is not a carbon-look cosmetic treatment; it is a genuine full-carbon shell throughout.
The rear spoiler is a functional aerodynamic element, not decorative. Developed alongside the shell profile in Airoh's wind tunnel, it works at genuine racing velocities to stabilise the helmet and reduce the turbulence that can fatigue a rider's neck over a race distance. The DD ring fastening system is the standard choice for race applications where security under impact loading is non-negotiable.
Vision & Visor System
The 2D racing visor provides an extra-wide panoramic view that gives a competitive rider the peripheral awareness needed on a fast circuit. The ATVR tool-less removal mechanism means a visor swap in the pit lane takes seconds without tools or gloves off. The Lock System Racing keeps the visor sealed and vibration-free at speed, while the A3S automatic anti-fog system maintains optical clarity without manual adjustment. The included Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision disc — the largest Pinlock format available — eliminates fogging in cold or wet conditions. The visor is also tear-off ready, with a tear-off kit included in the box.
Interior Comfort & Liner
The magnetic AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Liner System) allows the full interior to be removed and refitted quickly and precisely — no fumbling with press-studs after washing. The liner itself combines Coolmax Superior Performance Technical Textiles with 2DRY moisture management, MICROSENSE tactile comfort technology, and SANITIZED antibacterial treatment to remain fresh across a full race weekend. The liner is fully hypoallergenic, making it suitable for riders with sensitive skin who wear the helmet for extended periods.

The Airoh GP 800 FIM Racing #1 is a universal full-face race helmet suitable for all motorcycle disciplines that accept FIM-homologated headgear. Size guide (measure approximately 1 cm above the ear around the widest point of the head):
