ADT Thermoplastic Shell
KYT moulds the R2R shell from a high-stability thermoplastic compound that balances outstanding impact resistance against a comfortable riding weight. Two distinct shell sizes across the XS–XXL range mean the helmet scales correctly with head circumference rather than relying on padding to fill a single oversized shell. The result is a more precise fit, better aerodynamic profile and more predictable protection geometry — the same logic that underpins purpose-built race helmets.
Optics and Visibility
The visor system on the R2R is designed around riding in changing conditions. The wide-aperture, scratch-resistant lens provides an expansive field of vision, while the central locking mechanism keeps it stable at speed. When the sun drops low or you enter a tunnel, the integrated internal sun visor deploys instantly via a side-mounted lever without touching the outer visor. The included Pinlock MaxVision 70 lens clips inside the main visor and virtually eliminates fogging, a feature that started life as a requirement on the racing grid and translates directly to safer road riding.
Hydrocool Interior Comfort
The Hydrocool interior liner wicks moisture away from the skin and uses temperature-regulating materials to keep the micro-climate inside the helmet stable.
