The Braker SV is built on an HIRP (High Impact Resistant Polymer) shell — a high-strength thermoplastic tuned for a strong impact-resistance-to-weight ratio at roughly 1,525 g. It carries full ECE 22.06 homologation and DOT approval, so it is road-legal across ECE markets and the US. The MT-Micrometric+ buckle fastens quickly, adjusts finely and locks reliably.

Visor, MT-QVSS and Anti-Fog

The polycarbonate MT-V-28B visor seals against the shell with a rubber gasket and flexible lip to keep out wind and water. MT's MT-QVSS two-button quick-release system lets you swap the visor in seconds without tools, even wearing gloves. It is ready for the Pinlock DKS435 anti-fog lens and the FogOff FOG010 insert (both sold separately); an optional smoked visor is available.

Sun Visor and Ventilation

A single-action internal sun visor drops down to cut glare and retracts fully into the shell when you don't need it. Airflow comes from three air intakes feeding channels in the EPS, drawn out through an exhaust in the integrated rear spoiler — enough to keep the visor clear and the head comfortable at commuting and touring pace.

It is homologated to ECE 22.06 and DOT for road use — not a race-homologated (FIM) track helmet. None of this is a flaw at the price; it is the honest trade of an accessible everyday helmet.

Comfort, Interior and Intercom

Inside, the removable, washable lining gives the Braker SV a snug, supportive fit and keeps a daily helmet hygienic. The Braker SV is available in XS to XXL (Pure A0 and Pure A1 also in XXXL). Measure your head circumference with a soft tape about 1–2 cm above the eyebrows, around the widest part of the skull, and compare it with the size chart linked on this page. Between sizes, choose the larger for comfort.
