DescriptionThe whole story▼
The JP ES KIT12 deletes the current S1000R's secondary air system completely, all three parts supplied together.
Key Features
- BMW S1000R (2021–2026)
- The complete secondary air deletion
- Solenoid eliminator, head cover and airbox plug
- One part number, one fitting session
- No drilling and no splicing
- Every standard part refits afterwards
What Arrives
A pre-wired eliminator for the monitored circuit, a machined cover for the cylinder head and a plug for the airbox port.
Any Two Leave Something Open
Cap the head and the airbox is exposed. Plug the airbox and the head still admits air. Silence the circuit and both remain. Only all three finish the job.
One Disassembly
Every part of this needs the tank off, which is the entire practical argument for buying the kit rather than the components.
For the 2021 Bike Onward
BMW changed the engine and the head arrangement with the redesign. The earlier S1000R takes a different set.
The Flex Frame
Designed to bend in controlled ways rather than resist everything, which is how the S1000R gained feedback without giving up precision.
The Sequence
Tank, airbox, hose, head cover, connector, plug. Ordinary tools throughout and nothing to reset afterwards.
Nothing Cut
BMW's own connector and original fastener positions, with the loom and the head left exactly as built.
Before a Remap
Unmetered air after combustion shifts every reading, and a naked bike with an aftermarket exhaust is almost always mapped afterwards.
Reversible
Keep the standard parts and the motorcycle returns to specification in one evening.
Homologation
Removing emissions equipment ends road legality where the system is part of the approval.
A Common Track Bike
Naked, quick and considerably cheaper than the RR, which is why the S1000R appears at circuits constantly. Preparation always begins the same way, and the emissions deletion is normally done in the same evening as the lights.
Wide Bars on a Superbike Engine
The leverage a handlebar gives changes what two hundred horsepower feels like at the wrist, and not always in a reassuring direction. It is the whole appeal of the category and the reason these get ridden hard.
