Bolt-on performance for daily riders who want a genuine upgrade without compromise. The Arrow GP2 slip-on silencer in stainless steel dark finish transforms your KTM RC 390 (2017–2020) with sharper throttle response and a deeper exhaust note, all while retaining the E-number road approval you need for street-legal riding every day.

Key Features

  • Stainless steel construction throughout — body, end cap, mid-pipe and internal components — delivering outstanding heat resistance and long-term durability for everyday use.
  • Weighs just 1.83 kg, noticeably lighter than the stock unit for improved handling and a subtle power gain on the road.
  • Supplied with a DB-Killer insert so you can regulate noise levels to suit urban commuting or spirited weekend runs.
  • E-number road approval included — fully street-legal straight from the box, no paperwork headaches.
  • Can be paired with an Arrow header and link pipe to build a full Arrow exhaust system when you are ready to take the next step.

Build Quality & Performance

Arrow engineered the GP2 specifically for the RC 390 platform. Every component — the silencer body, the end cap, the mid-pipe and the internal packing — is fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, chosen for its ability to handle extreme exhaust temperatures cycle after cycle without warping or corroding. The dark finish gives the unit a purposeful, understated look that suits the RC 390's sharp bodywork without demanding constant polishing.

At 1.83 kg the GP2 shaves meaningful mass compared to the original silencer, and the optimised internal geometry allows exhaust gases to flow more freely. The result is a crisper throttle response and a more linear power delivery that makes the RC 390 feel more alert on commuter roads as much as on a twisty B-road. The included DB-Killer screws in or out in minutes, letting you tailor the sound character to the occasion.

Upgrade Path

The 71534GPI is designed to integrate seamlessly with Arrow's own header and connecting link pipe for the RC 390. Combining those components into a full Arrow exhaust system, and adding a purpose-mapped ECU tune, unlocks the maximum performance gain the platform can offer — a straightforward upgrade path for riders who start with this slip-on and want more later.
