The material's clean surface structure allows tight radius bends to be formed without cracking or wall-thickness variance, and Vandemon optimises wall thickness specifically at each bend to maintain durability where stress concentrations are highest.

The natural brushed titanium finish is not merely aesthetic. Titanium's lower thermal conductivity compared to stainless steel significantly reduces radiated heat from beneath the motorcycle, improving rider comfort during long track sessions on hot days and simplifying access to underbelly components during pit-lane maintenance.

Performance on Track

The low-mount configuration positions both oval slim cans below and to either side of the rear wheel, keeping mass low and central. Combined with the 3.6 kg weight reduction over the stock exhaust, this directly translates into shorter stopping distances, faster direction changes and more predictable mid-corner balance — advantages that compound over a full race distance. The gains of at least 6% in peak power are only fully realised with a dedicated ECU remap on a rolling road, and the four O2 bungs make that process straightforward for any competent tuner.
