The ergonomic racing cut positions the suit correctly for a committed forward lean without pulling at the shoulders or bunching behind the knees. Accordion stretch inserts at key flex points — elbows, knees and the seat — allow natural movement so fatigue doesn't build over repeated sessions. The removable mesh inner lining wicks moisture away from the skin and can be taken out for washing independently of the outer shell, keeping the suit fresh across consecutive track weekends. A neoprene collar completes the picture, eliminating chafing at the neck even on the hottest days.

Premium Materials and Construction

The outer shell uses cowhide leather at 1.2/1.3 mm thickness — tanned and dyed in Italy — for high abrasion resistance exactly where it matters most in a slide. High-tensile Flex Tenax Nylon 6.6, an inherently stretch-resistant synthetic, reinforces the areas that need to move freely without stretching permanently under load. Neoprene panels add localised comfort and a degree of water resistance at the collar and cuff zones. Perforated leather across the chest, arms and legs allows real airflow at speed, making this suit a practical choice for warm summer track days as well as cooler sprint events.

Safety Architecture

Protection on the Laser Pro follows a layered philosophy. Warrior Lite CE armour is fitted as standard at the shoulders, hips, elbows and knees, with the elbow and knee pieces certified at Level 2 under EN 1621-1 — the more stringent of the two consumer levels. Dedicated internal pockets accept a full back protector (the suit ships prepared for both Level 1 and Level 2 fitment, referenced as L1; S64) and a chest protector at Level 1. The adjustable knee sliders are removable, allowing straightforward replacement when worn, and the aerodynamic seat cowl reduces turbulence and rear-lift at elevated track speeds. A preparation for a Hydroback hydration system, including an integrated drink-tube routing channel, is built into the hump — a thoughtful detail for endurance riders.
