The GKA8802T system was engineered with one priority: extracting maximum performance from the ZX-10 R and ZX-10 RR powerplant. The titanium header — running at 60 mm diameter — reduces back-pressure and improves throttle response from the moment you exit a corner, while the titanium construction throughout resists the extreme thermal cycling that destroys lesser systems on track day after track day.

The Spark Force silencer produces an aggressive, race-developed exhaust note that reflects what is happening inside the engine rather than masking it. The removable DB-killer gives you genuine flexibility: legal-compliant sound levels when required, full race volume when the regulations allow.

Build Quality & Materials

Every element of this system — header, silencer body, and end cap — is fabricated in titanium. Titanium offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and resists oxidation at the elevated temperatures generated by a high-output four-cylinder engine under race conditions. This is not a cosmetic detail; it is the reason the system achieves its headline weight figure and why it continues performing lap after lap without degradation.

The complete mounting kit is included in the box, covering all exhaust springs and the bracket required to mount the silencer to the original rear frame. No hunting for additional hardware — fit it and go.

Installation & Compatibility

The system is designed to work with the ZX-10 R and ZX-10 RR's original fairing panels, and is equally compatible with both standard and kit radiators. The bolt-on mounting hardware and included bracket mean installation is clean and reversible. For best results on track, Spark Exhaust and Inter-Pace recommend pairing this system with a dedicated race map or a dyno tune to fully realise the performance gains on offer.
