Engineering and Build Quality

The GKA8832T uses aerospace-grade titanium throughout the header and silencer body. Titanium offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio alongside high thermal resistance — critical for sustained high-rpm use during race conditions. The d.60 header diameter is chosen to optimise exhaust gas velocity across the ZX-6R's power band, while the Konix EVO silencer design has been refined to balance flow efficiency with the noise requirements of closed circuits. The carbon fibre end cap completes the package, resisting heat discolouration and adding a purposeful, motorsport-derived finish.

Track-Proven Performance

Rather than relying solely on dyno figures, Spark Exhaust validated the GKA8832T in race conditions. At the 2024 Isle of Man TT, James Hillier piloted a ZX-6R equipped with this system to 4th place in Race 1 — one of the most demanding and scrutinised real-world proving grounds in motorcycle racing. That result underpins the system's reliability, power delivery and durability under prolonged full-throttle stress.

Installation and Road/Track Use

The full system arrives with a complete mounting kit including all exhaust springs and the brackets required to secure the silencer to the original sub-frame — no fabrication or sourcing additional hardware. Fitment is designed to align with the factory fairing panels without modification. For track use, removing the dB killer is a tool-free process. Spark Exhaust and Inter-Pace recommend pairing this system with a bespoke race map or a dedicated dyno session to extract the full performance potential the titanium full system makes available.
