Developed in direct collaboration with the Aprilia MotoGP Factory Racing team and hand-built from a specialist titanium alloy in Italy, it is the lightest and most exclusive racing exhaust SC-Project has ever produced for a production motorcycle.

MotoGP-Derived Construction

Every GP-22 is fabricated by the same SC-Project technicians who build the race exhausts for Aprilia's MotoGP programme. The choice of a specialist titanium alloy is deliberate: the material offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding heat resistance at the extreme exhaust gas temperatures generated by the RSV4 1100's V4 engine at full chat. All joints are hand-welded for precision fit and gas-tight integrity — there is no production-line shortcut in this assembly process.

The result is a slip-on silencer that weighs just 500 grams. On a bike that already handles with surgical precision, removing over five kilograms from a high, rearward mass position sharpens turn-in response, reduces unsprung and rotating mass effects, and gives the rider a noticeably more agile, point-and-shoot character — exactly what a track day or club racing environment demands.

Sound & Track Presence

At 122 dB measured at 6,500 rpm with no db-killer fitted, the GP-22 delivers the aggressive, bark-and-crack sonic character that defines the Aprilia V4 at full throttle.
