MotoGP-Derived Performance

The CR-T HIGH draws directly on SC-Project's World Championship programmes. The full-titanium link pipe features a variable conical section — a design detail taken straight from prototype racing — that accelerates exhaust gas velocity and recovers energy that a conventional parallel-section pipe would waste. The result is a silencer that earns its power figures on a dyno, not just on a spec sheet.

Ultralight carbon or titanium construction reduces unsprung and overall mass, which sharpens turn-in response and reduces inertia under hard braking — benefits that compound lap after lap on circuit.

Sound Character

The CR-T HIGH is supplied without a dB killer. Its large-diameter outlet is sized for maximum exhaust flow, producing a deep, loud and aggressive racing tone that fully matches the YZF-R6's high-revving character. This is not a road-toned aftermarket can — it is a track exhaust that sounds exactly as a 600 cc supersport should at 14,000 rpm.

Note: this system is designed exclusively for motorsport use and is not road-legal. It must not be used on public roads.

Materials and Construction

SC-Project's production standards are those of a race team supplier. Every CR-T HIGH canister is T.I.G.-welded by hand, with CNC-machined titanium sleeve inserts guaranteeing consistent, repeatable fitment across the full YZF-R6 RJ27 production run. The carbon variant uses high-grade woven carbon fibre for the canister shell, while the titanium variant offers the same thermal and structural performance in a single cohesive material. Both options carry SC-Project's laser-engraved logo as a final quality mark.
