Performance & Build

SC-Project's race department validated the SC1-R on the dyno and the circuit before it ever reached a customer. The SC1-R canister tips the scales at just 1.8 kg — a saving of 1.8 kg against the 3.6 kg OEM silencer — dropping unsprung and high-mounted mass where it counts. On the dyno that translates to +4.2 hp at 13,400 rpm and +1.7 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm, numbers that are felt most acutely in the final third of every straight. The outer shell is available in two finish options: natural titanium or woven carbon fibre, both shaped around an inner titanium structure that resists heat fatigue across an entire track day without complaint.

Sound Profile

At 5,500 rpm the stock RSV4 exhaust registers 96 dB. Fit the SC1-R with the dB killer in place and the figure rises to 103 dB — deep, authoritative and track-day legal at most circuits. Remove the dB killer and the SC1-R opens up to a full 110 dB race soundtrack. This is not a road-legal exhaust; it carries no homologation certificate and is supplied for closed-circuit competition use only.
