The SC-Project SC1-R slip-on silencer is the straightforward, high-value route to a transformed MV Agusta F3 675 or 800. Drawn directly from SC-Project's international racing programme, it delivers a genuine weight reduction, sharper throttle response and an unmistakable exhaust note — all without touching the headers or remapping the ECU. Available in carbon (M08A-HT91C) or titanium (M08A-HT91T) finish, it bolts to every F3 675 and 800 produced between 2017 and 2023.

Everyday Usability

The SC1-R is engineered to work as hard on a Sunday morning ride as it does on a circuit. Fit the included dB-killer and the exhaust note is deep and purposeful without being anti-social — a character shift that makes every commute or canyon run more rewarding. Remove the insert and the F3 speaks in an unfiltered racing voice suited to track days. Either way, the significant weight saving over the stock silencer makes the bike feel noticeably lighter and more agile through direction changes.

Construction and Materials

SC-Project manufacture the SC1-R body from carbon fibre, shaped by a hydroforming process that produces compound curves impossible to achieve with conventional pressing. The result is a canister that is both lighter and stiffer than steel or aluminium alternatives. All connection tube work is solid titanium, TIG-welded in-house and finished with CNC-machined titanium sockets that locate precisely onto the F3 mid-pipe. A carbon fibre heat shield protects the surrounding bodywork and adds a coherent visual detail to the finished installation. Every unit carries SC-Project's laser-etched logo as a mark of authentic origin.

Sound Performance

Noise output with the dB-killer installed is aggressive yet manageable for road use. With the insert removed, the SC1-R produces the full, uncompromised racing sound that SC-Project exhausts are known for on the World Superbike paddock. Note that without the dB-killer the system is intended exclusively for closed-circuit use.
