Drawing directly on Moto2 World Championship technology, it delivers a measured gain of +8.1 hp and +4.0 Nm at 14,300 rpm while stripping 2.7 kg from the stock system — an immediate, tangible improvement in both power and chassis balance on track.

Performance on Track

The CR-T half system is the direct result of SC-Project's collaboration with the Barni WSBK squad, and every design decision reflects that racing heritage. The 2-1-2 titanium collector maximises scavenging efficiency across the V4's rev range, sharpening throttle response and extending the top-end surge that defines the Panigale V4 experience. At 14,300 rpm — exactly where the V4 makes its peak numbers — the system adds +8.1 hp and +4.0 Nm over the stock unit. Shedding 2.7 kg from a centralised mass also benefits steering agility and corner-entry confidence, giving riders a measurable advantage over a full race distance.

Construction and Materials

SC-Project engineers specify aerospace-grade titanium throughout the headers and collector, T.I.G.-welded for gas-tight integrity under sustained racing loads. The CR-T M2 silencer body is finished in carbon with a titanium end cap, echoing the aesthetics of the factory Moto2 canisters. CNC-machined titanium bushings guarantee repeatable, rattle-free fitment each time the system is removed for paddock maintenance. Metal-sheathed mounting springs handle the cyclical thermal stresses of back-to-back track sessions. A carbon heat shield rounds out the package, managing radiated heat around the seat and tail section.

Sound

The internal baffling of the CR-T M2 canister is tuned for maximum sound pressure, delivering a deep, aggressive racing note at 106 dB measured at 5,500 rpm. A removable dB killer is supplied so output can be adjusted to suit circuit noise regulations without compromising the fundamental character of the exhaust note.
