Developed in direct collaboration with Aprilia Racing and drawing on technology refined in MotoGP and the Superbike World Championship, the SC-Project SC1-R 250mm slip-on silencer is a serious track weapon for the RSV4 1100 Factory. Compact, ferociously light, and engineered to extract every last horsepower from the 1100cc V4, this is the exhaust upgrade that transforms a factory superbike into a genuine racing machine.

Track-Engineered Construction

The SC1-R is offered in two finishes — carbon fibre canister (A27A-VT90C) and titanium canister (A27A-VT90T) — both sharing a carbon fibre end cap and a full-titanium link pipe. The carbon fibre heat shield protects surrounding bodywork even under sustained track use, while the bracket for removing the pillion footpegs is included to complete the race-ready aesthetic and shave further unnecessary weight. Every fastener, spring, and mounting bolt is supplied in the box so you can go from crate to pitlane without hunting for hardware.

MotoGP Valve Technology

The titanium exhaust valve integrated into the link pipe is the same concept used at the highest level of prototype racing. It fine-tunes exhaust gas flow to broaden the RSV4's already impressive torque curve, pulling harder through the mid-range where corner-exit drive matters most. Combined with the 59% weight reduction over the OEM unit, the result is a motorcycle that feels lighter, steers more precisely, and responds with greater urgency to throttle inputs.
