Developed and manufactured at Puig's facility near the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, they fit the 2024–2026 ZX-6R without drilling or cutting and carry full ABE and TÜV road approval.

Functional Aerodynamics with Racing DNA

The side spoilers are shaped to channel and compress the airflow striking the front fairing, generating additional downforce directly over the front wheel. At motorway speeds and beyond, this translates into a calmer, more planted feel that takes real fatigue out of a long riding day — the front end simply tracks where you point it rather than hunting or wandering.

Under braking the extra front-wheel load improves bite consistency, and the anti-wheelie characteristic under hard acceleration means you spend less mental energy managing the front wheel and more enjoying the exit. In fast corners, the closed spoiler profile strengthens the Lapa effect, keeping the chassis settled through rapid direction changes and chicanes.

Material and Construction

The spoiler blades are formed from 4 mm impact-resistant CN-Acrylic (PMMA), chosen for its combination of rigidity and low mass. The mounting brackets are 2 mm corrosion-resistant metal with a black textured finish, while the base elements use flexible TPU plastic that conforms accurately to the ZX-6R's fairing contours. All edges are rounded to less than 2 mm for rider safety. The overall low weight means the aerodynamic gain is delivered without any handling penalty.

Installation

The winglets are a two-part system: flexible brackets that follow the fairing profile precisely, and the spoiler elements themselves. Fitting uses a high-grade 3M Superpower adhesive that bonds firmly and can be removed cleanly without leaving residue if you ever need to change colour or return the bike to standard. A full installation guide is included in both printed and online/video formats — no specialist tools required.
